We have multiple clients in the Greater St. Louis area looking to bring on accounting clerks to assist them in their day to day accounting functions. This is a great opportunity for entry level accounting professionals to get their foot in the door and build meaningful experience in a finance department.

Location : Greater St. Louis Schedule : Monday - Friday (onsite and hybrid opportunities) Pay : $18 - 25 / hour (commensurate with experience) RESPONSIBILITIES :


The Accountant will be responsible for key day-to-day accounting functions in areas such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger, data analysis, weekly reporting and budget maintenance. Specific job duties will include: Run job cost report and pull invoice backup from accounting software Prepare monthly billing invoices and updating budgets for up to 30 projects Prepare monthly grant reconciliations and update budgets Reconcile income accounts to expense accounts Maintain daily and monthly AP/AR accounting schedules Prepare monthly reports with accuracy and backup Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
