Since 1989, TNT Services has been a leading provider of comprehensive fleet vehicle services in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. We specialize in pressure washing for light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles, Semi-Truck and Bus Body repair, reconditioning, and detailing. Over the past fifteen years, our services have expanded to include commercial building, storefronts, flat surfaces, garages, and snow plowing.
As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic Accounting Associate/Specialist for our corporate office in Groveport, Ohio. Job Responsibilities (but not limited to): · General Accounting including journal entry preparation, reconciliations and analysis
. Prepare sales and financial reports weekly and monthly
. Work closely with the CFO and Staff Accountant, assisting with accounting tasks and projects as needed daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly
. Daily billing process and submission of invoicing to customers directly or through the use of portals
. Responsible for the collection cycle according to the company practices
· Facilitation of weekly collections meetings, including preparation of all reports
· Process incoming customer inquiries/disputes and aid in resolution
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Provide support to the sales and operations teams
· Ability to backup other accounting seats as needed
· Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications: · Proficient in Excel (ability to use advanced functions and features)
· Have QuickBooks (or equivalent) experience
. Previous experience with a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment required
. At least 1 year of experience in accounting related role.
. Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information
· Prior knowledge of billing portals is a plus
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00pm
