Responsibilities
• Download statements for Reconciliation Clerk• Serve as back up for Accounts Payable• Update various reports• Maintain and post accruals and amortization• Post entries for Accounts Payable• File FR2900 report• Update interest rate spreadsheets• Pay and post sales use tax• Post intercompany allocations• File Business & Occupation tax returns• Post Secondary Market Mortgage loans• Post Mortgage Warehouse Line entries• Process and maintain bank owned certificate of deposits• Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook• High level of professionalism in verbal and written communication• Detail-oriented and highly organized
