• Lead accounting merger and post-merger and acquisition activities and projects• Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders• Remain familiar with current accounting environment and address unique accounting issues• Develop and manage accounting projects• Review and evaluate internal process documents• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar corporate accounting position• Bachelors' Degree in Accounting or finance related field• Technical proficiency in GAAP and IFRS• SAP experience preferred• Public Accountant license or active candidate preferred• Attention to detail• Knowledge of merger and acquisition frameworks• Excellent organizational skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Intermediate to advanced technical competence with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
