NY Based Accounting & Finance Recruiters - Up to $250k draw/60% Commissions

I am working closely with an Executive Search brand as they continue to search for experienced Accountancy recruiters to join their growing practice. This business has managed to 4x headcount over the last 3 years alone with now signs of slowing down.

They have a broad functional remit with multiple dedicated consultants covering Senior Accountants, Auditors, taxation professionals and much more. From a client perspective they have a deep tie within both FS & Non FS, those that have exposure within

asset/investment management

arena will be particularly desirable!

As a business they house two

$2m+ billers

alongside a handful of

$1m billers , average billings across the circa 60 heads comes in at $500k!

The average fee size within my client sits at the $50,000 mark, given their generous commission structure you can be looking at upwards of $25,000 per deal!

For those based local to New York the expectation would be coming into the office 1-2 days per week however for those based outside/particularly experienced consultants you will have the option to be fully remote.
