Pridestaff is currently seeking an Accounting Administrator to assist with their client's growing needs! The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation and interpretation of information for management decision-making. Ensuring financial transactions are accurate and in compliance with the company's accounting policies and procedures. You would also interface with clients/vendors on billing irregularities.
Responsibilities:
You will perform a wide variety of general accounting work including filing, billing, transactions, and recording information.
Conduct bookkeeping activities, including reconciling cash accounts, A/R, A/P, and expenses.
Assist in preparation of financial reporting as required by the Controller.
Ability to analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.
Establish and maintain relationships with individuals and/or other departments as needed to resolve accounting and reporting issues and questions.
Any other related duties as assigned by the Controller.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Must be a team player and responsible individual who takes initiative and ownership
Proficient user of NetSuite and QuickBooks is a MUST
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screening.
