Full job description Accounting Admin Assistant Responsibilities :
Accounts Payable and Basic Accounts Receivable Invoice processing - low volume Reconcile customer accounts receivables (can be trained) Data Entry into ERP system to support senior level accountants Process and apply customer & misc. payments in a timely manner. Prepare and mail monthly statements to customers Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices to facilitate payment. Keep accurate and timely records of follow-up with customers Enter the invoices in Expense Management System. Process the payment operation. Requirements :
2+ years of transactional accounting experience Associates Degree AP and AR experience (basic invoicing and 2 way match) 1+ years Tier 1 or 2 ERP experience NO QuickBooks Microsoft Excel - Pivots and VLOOJKUPS Pay : $22 - $25
Schedule : Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
