What's In It for You: Competitive salary commensurate on experience 401K Ongoing training opportunities Work with a dynamic team Paid Time Off Flexible Schedule What You'll Do: Maintain client relationships; have direct contact with clients via phone, email, and in person. Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts. Prepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Preparations of business and individual tax returns. Perform monthly bookkeeping services. Assist the accounting partner as needed. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred. At least 3-5 years of experience with a CPA firm Ability to work in a client facing role. Desire to provide world class client service. Enjoy doing bookkeeping, accounting, and tax preparation services. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills. Good problem-solving and time management skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Experience with Lacerte and QuickBooks software.
