Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records by maintaining and updating financial information in a timely and accurate manner. Provide timely and accurate financial information to support business decisions. Prepare and publish financial statements in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that all accounts are properly classified and documented. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and properly documented. Comply with financial policies and regulations, including ensuring that all transactions are properly authorized and recorded and that all financial information is kept confidential. Use advanced MS Excel skills, including v-lookups, pivot tables, and filters, to analyze financial data and prepare reports and presentations for management. Pay close attention to detail and use strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records. Position requirements: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required. A minimum of two years of prior accounting experience with general ledger functions is required.
