Responsibilities Looking for a highly motivated individual for the Accounts Receivable department. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of AR Customer, invoicing, cancelations, customer credit memos, reconciliations, analytics, and various daily and monthly AR functions. The role requires the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment working closely with various internal and external business partners. Reports to Account Receivable Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
Work with internal and external business partners to resolve customer disputes. Issue and reconcile Customer invoices and accounts. Assist internal employees in the use of Accounts Receivable functions in SAP other internal invoicing systems. Review daily accounts receivable activities to ensure completeness and accuracy. Ensure invoicing via Robotics Process Automation (RPA) is timely and accurate. Support Accounting Month End Close Process by ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Proactively identify problems and challenges before they occur. Helping drive change management for automation/process improvement. Ensure compliance with Internal and SOX controls Ensure compliance to global policies, tax, legal and statutory requirements. Provide data and necessary details for internal & external audit to ensure timely closure of the audit. Prepare and Review Desktop Procedures. Excellent team spirit and able to dedicate the time and effort necessary to achieve results. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects as per management's request. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related experience 2-5 years accounting or related experience, Accounts Receivable experience a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Advanced PC skills with emphasis on Excel and Microsoft Office applications Individual must be detail-oriented but able to communicate with all levels of the organization, have good organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and must be a team player.
