Job Description Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania.
Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.
Responsible for assisting with the daily accounting and preparation of all financial reporting, analyzing monthly financial statements and reconciling general ledger activity.  Outstanding analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skill required.  Must be self-directed and effectively manage multiple deadlines.  Possess a high level of computer skills.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in a related financial field.2 years' related experience.  Ability to write complex formulas and macros; export and import data to and from various software packages; and create Power Point presentations; Ability to use report writing software to extract data and create reports.  Accounting experience in long term care preferred.Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.Benefits Lutheran SeniorLife offers growth opportunities and a variety of benefits including but not limited to: *based on employment status*
