Palmetto State Glass is currently recruiting for an accomplished Accountant/Billing Clerk to add to their rapidly growing finance team. The selected candidate will enjoy a positive organizational culture in the construction field with common purpose and respect for customers and colleagues. Duties and responsibilities include: Complete AIA billing documents monthly and submit by deadlines per individual contract.
Facilitate second tier lien waivers.
Gather and submit close out documents.
Complete monthly collection calls.
Assist with contract management; setup new projects in QuickBooks and Project Management software.
Post progress billing invoices to QuickBooks and Project Management software.
Post daily deposits.
Create Schedule of Value's (SOV's) from estimates.
Assist finance team with other duties as assigned.

Notary Public highly desired.
Construction background helpful.
