Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer support or account management role- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Proficiency with computer systems and software applications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
