Account Support Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Account Support Specialist to join our team at Goldman Sachs Group. As a remote position based in San Antonio, Texas, this part-time role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Assist with account management tasks, including processing orders, updating client information, and resolving billing issues- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and relationship building- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination on client accounts- Analyze data and reports to track account performance and identify areas for improvement- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements:- Confident and motivated individual with a strong sense of initiative- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues- Strategic planning and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)- Knowledge of financial services industry (preferred)
