Job Description:

As an Account Support Specialist at Airbnb, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our hosts and guests in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of the hospitality industry. This is a remote work position based in Jacksonville, Florida, US. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or account management.

Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain relationships with hosts and guests through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.2. Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or stay.3. Provide guidance and support to hosts on how to optimize their listings and improve guest experiences.4. Assist with account setup, verification, and troubleshooting.5.
