Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

As an Account Support Specialist at HP, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their account management needs. This is a remote position based in Fort Worth, Texas, US, and is part-time in nature. We are looking for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support to clients regarding their account inquiries and concerns- Assist in maintaining client records and ensuring accuracy of information- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions- Proactively identify opportunities to improve account processes and procedures- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively address client needs- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements:- Resourceful and energetic with a strong customer service orientation- Demonstrated innovation and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
