As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless communication with our clients.
Responsibilities:1. Supporting the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships.2. Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.3. Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and reports.4. Monitoring and tracking sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.5. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.6. Assisting in the resolution of customer issues and escalations.7. Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in a similar role.2. Strong decision-making and teamwork skills.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
