We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Account Support Specialist to join our team at TIAA in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Provide support to account managers in managing client accounts- Assist in creating and maintaining client reports and presentations- Communicate with clients to gather information and address any issues or concerns- Work closely with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Conduct research and analysis to support client account strategies- Assist in developing and implementing client account plans- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 3+ years of experience in a similar role- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Excellent problem-solving and persuasion skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
