Account Support Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

Nextdoor is seeking a motivated and driven Account Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level employee, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to account holders- Assist customers with any account-related inquiries or issues- Analyze account data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Develop and deliver presentations to clients as needed- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets

Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer service or account support roles- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
