Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

UiPath is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote based in Los Angeles, California. As an Entry Level Account Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to assist with any account-related inquiries or issues- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients- Work closely with the account management team to ensure client success and retention

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently- Strong persuasion and decision-making skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
