Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tyson Foods is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Account Support Representative to join our team on a fulltime remote basis in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the resilience and creativity needed to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service support to our clients via phone, email, and chat- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and account maintenance- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on product offerings and promotions- Identify and recommend solutions to client issues or concerns- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- 4+ years of experience in account support or customer service- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Energetic and resilient personality traits- Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving
