Account Support Representative

Job Description:

As an Account Support Representative at Dollar General in Jacksonville, Florida, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our account management team. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who possesses excellent cooperation and people management skills.

Responsibilities:1. Assist the account management team in managing client accounts and relationships.2. Provide support in processing orders, updating customer information, and resolving client inquiries.3. Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.5. Participate in account review meetings and provide feedback on client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role.2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.5. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
