Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at S&P Global. This position is remote, based in Seattle, Washington, and requires a high level of independence and motivation. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction- Provide support and guidance to clients on the use of our products and services- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues efficiently- Analyze client data and provide insights and recommendations to improve their experience- Monitor key account metrics and report on account performance to management- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to better serve clients- Travel occasionally to meet clients in person or attend industry events

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Emotional intelligence to navigate challenging situations with clients- Teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams and support colleagues- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events
