Job Description:

Toys "R" Us, a leading toy retailer, is seeking a motivated and energetic Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in San Diego, California, and the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. As an Associate Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to our key accounts and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement account strategies that drive revenue growth.3. Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management on sales trends and opportunities for improvement.4. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.5. Assist in the development of sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials for key accounts.6. Provide training and support to account executives and sales representatives as needed.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Proven experience in project management and innovation.4. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.6. Experience in the retail industry is a plus.7. Must be self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
