Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Account Support Manager to join our team at Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America in San Jose, California. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts- Develop strong relationships with clients and provide personalized support- Identify client needs and make recommendations for insurance products and services- Work closely with sales team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients- Monitor client accounts to ensure renewals and upselling opportunities are maximized- Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in account management or customer support roles- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Driven and motivated personality traits- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
