Job Description:

Becton Dickinson is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in San Francisco, California. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing support to the sales team, and building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners. This position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage client accounts by providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and upselling to existing clients- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners- Provide training and support to clients on product usage and best practices- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve account performance- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer requirements- Ensure all client interactions are tracked and recorded in CRM systems- Provide regular updates to management on account performance and any issues that may arise

Requirements:- 6+ years of experience in account management or customer support- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to work well under pressure- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills- Experience in people management and team leadership- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to travel occasionally as needed
