Job Description:

Northrop Grumman is seeking a talented and passionate Account Support Manager to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level Account Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.2. Assist clients with product inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.3. Collaborate with sales teams to create and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue and meet sales targets.4. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account growth and profitability.5. Analyze account data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.6. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless delivery of services.7. Deliver regular reports and updates to clients on account performance and key metrics.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or customer support.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.7. Motivated to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.8. Demonstrated ability to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders.9. Persuasive and able to influence others to achieve desired outcomes.
