Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Account Support Manager to join our team at Alorica in San Antonio, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts to ensure their success and satisfaction with our company's services.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and goals- Create and maintain account management plans, outlining strategies for client engagement and retention- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients- Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner- Provide regular reports and updates to clients on their accounts, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive account growth and profitability- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance client relationships and service offerings

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Proven experience in account management or customer success roles, preferably in the BPO industry- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
