Job Description:
Emerson Electric is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Account Support Manager will play a vital role in managing and supporting key client accounts. This part-time role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded- Analyze account performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement- Develop account strategies to drive revenue growth and retention- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts- Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer satisfaction and loyalty- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities- Travel to client sites as needed to provide in-person support and assistance
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in account management or a related field- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent planning and organizational abilities- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Driven and resourceful mindset- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
