Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Account Support Associate to join our team at Ashland, a global company based in Los Angeles, California. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:- Provide support to the account management team by assisting with client communication, data entry, and administrative tasks- Conduct research and analysis to support account managers in developing client strategies- Assist with client onboarding and training processes- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 3+ years of experience in account support or customer service- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
