Job Description:
NRG Energy is currently seeking a motivated Account Support Associate to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from Houston, Texas. This position is entry-level, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of experience seeking to start a career in the energy industry. The Account Support Associate will play a crucial role in providing support to our account management team, assisting with various administrative tasks, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:- Assist account managers in maintaining and developing client relationships.- Handle incoming inquiries from clients and provide prompt and professional responses.- Prepare and process customer orders and contracts accurately.- Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.- Assist with data entry and maintenance of client records in the CRM system.- Provide general administrative support to the account management team as needed.- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:- Resilient and confident personality traits to effectively handle client interactions and resolve issues.- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients effectively.- 1 year of relevant work experience preferred, but not required.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
