Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This position will be remote and will require an energetic, independent individual with strong presentation skills and emotional intelligence. The Account Support Associate will be responsible for building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to support the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:- Provide account support to clients and partners, including answering queries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service- Assist with account management tasks, such as updating client information, creating reports, and tracking account activity- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and upselling within existing accounts- Assist with onboarding new clients and partners, providing training and support as needed- Communicate proactively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns in a timely manner

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a similar role- Strong presentation skills and emotional intelligence- Energetic and independent personality traits- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
