Account Support Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

Principal Financial is seeking a dedicated and independent Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Austin, Texas, offering flexibility and convenience. As an Associate-level role, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:1. Provide support to account managers in managing client accounts and relationships.2. Assist in processing client requests, updating account information, and preparing reports.3. Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.4. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses for the team.5. Support with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining records.6. Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Requirements:1. Must possess excellent people management skills and be able to work independently.2. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.6. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
