Job Purpose
The Account Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects to client satisfaction and within agreed scope and timelines. Also manage client relationships, oversee multiple projects and look for opportunities to expand existing relationships. As a partner to the client, the Account Supervisor must align the client's expectations and GlueIQ's deliverables in a way that will support the client success and meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibility Areas
Deep understanding of the client's business, brand, and category across multiple accounts.
Understand the client goals and needs and clearly articulate the objectives of the initiative.
Oversees and assists in writing all briefs on account
Strategic involvement and ability to develop a compelling brief with a clear outcome along with how success will be measured.
Assemble and brief the team and facilitate ideation, always looking for ideas that are big and offer the greatest impact on the client's business.
Review project and creative briefs to ensure overall strategic direction in on-target.

Issue and Risk Management
Drive effective communication of issues and risks internally and to the client
Assure project quality and performance standards are met.
Responsible for ensuring portfolio forecast is accurate and updated in a timely manner
Escalate as needed to GlueIQ leadership, legal, finance etc. as appropriate.

Account Management
Structures and manages integrated, multi-track projects and programs
Manages and ensures that the account plan includes all important elements. Ensures a regular cadence is put in place to review account plan and update details as they change.
Contribute to business development opportunities as needed
Review overall program metrics and creative to ensure compliance to quality on all client deliverables set forth in the creative brief

Client Stewardship
Drive strategic initiatives for clients towards specific measurable business goals
Manage day-to-day client relationships (expectations, communications, escalation, etc.)
Understand the client's culture, capabilities, team structure and take decisions to ensure success for the client
Manage client expectations/perceptions
Stay abreast of client's industry trends as well as trends in the digitally enabled world. This also includes how they affect client's business and marketing initiatives

Team Stewardship /Capability Development
Communicate client objectives to all team members to ensure consistency
Communicate and disseminate client requests to internal teams; manage internal communications and external communication with vendors, media partners
Inspires and coaches and mentors junior team members
Builds a positive, collaborative working environment for the team
Actively gets involved in company events such as hiring, training and internal initiatives.

Qualifications
Degree in Marketing or Advertising
Experience in Media preferred
Minimum 7-10 years' experience in marketing, client services or strategy fields
Excellent client management, expectation management, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills
Team oriented, positive, creative, and self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong writing, grammatical and proofing skills
Excellent presentation skills and analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple projects, relationships, and tasks simultaneously
Extreme attention to detail
Experience managing the creative process
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Managerial experience a plus
