Job summary
Proven Account Supervisor or Director with experience in travel and tourism or hospitality.Join our clients team as the client advocate to the agency.Develop and guide clients' marketing programs and deliver creative assets.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Provide industry-specific insights and guidance across the agency.• Track competitive advertising activity and assist in competitive reviews.• Build rapport and credibility with the agency and client team.• Attend and facilitate client status meetings and share conference reports.• Establish marketing strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.• Understand and improve agency processes and procedures.• Contribute to the generation of strategic marketing communications plans.• Proof layouts, copy, and mechanicals before client presentation.• Review invoicing and billing reconciliation for consistency.• Coordinate development and client approval of estimates for projects.• Monitor client projects and campaigns to ensure they meet business KPIs.
Requirements
• Experience with Travel and Tourism or Hospitality.• 7+ years of relevant experience.• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or Business preferred.• Understanding of Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides).• Understanding of Microsoft Suite (excel, word, powerpoint).• Experience with project management tools (Active Collab, Workamajig, or Advantage) preferred.• Prior responsibility for managing direct report(s).
