We are looking for an Account Success Manager who will nurture dealer relationships and provide proactive dealer engagement to drive dealer success, retention, and growth opportunities within the assigned region.
What You'll be Doing: Own the dealer relationship once training is complete Maintain proactive weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly contact with region dealers based on account age (first 12 weeks) and utilization (R-Y-G) Uncover opportunities to improve dealer and user experience Drive product adoption and utilization Drive value of DFX and highlights contribution to dealer success Identify training opportunities (e-learning, webinars, virtual, CT) Partner with and supports efforts of DFX teams with dealers in the region (Field, Support, Product, Install, Sales) Identify growth opportunities for dealers and DFX What You'll Bring: Proven self-starter, motivated with high energy and a positive attitude Channel based selling techniques, including OEM, regional groups, dealer groups and dealerships. Understanding of variable and fixed operations and Dealership processes Ensure Dealer-FX solutions are configured to maximize customer experience and ROI Proven track record exceeding your quota and customer expectations Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams Ability to negotiate with customers on all levels Post-Secondary education in business related discipline What's in it For You?
