Responsibilities
• Manage assigned customer accounts• Processing of customer inbound and outbound orders ensuring accuracy• Prepare outbound paperwork and invoicing by verifying contractual rates in contract agreement• Interact with customers via email or phone in a timely, efficient manner• Research discrepancies in inventory as needed• Address customer complaints in a timely manner
Requirements
• Highschool diploma, G.E.D.• At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred• College degree a plus
Key Skills Needed
• Ability to multi-task• Ability to work in a fast paced environment• Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite• Strong data entry skills; accuracy• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems, Synapse a plus• Professional Communication skills; verbal and written• Attention to detail, organization
