Responsibilities
• Take inbound client calls and answer questions• Assist clients in resolving 401(k) plan related issues• Review and update system with client document changes• Collaborate with team members to complete client documents• Manage a queue of cases and respond within defined time frame• Develop a basic understanding of retirement plans• Advise clients of internal processes and navigating multiple systems• Obtain and analyze client documents for accuracy• Assist clients and team members on advanced retirement plan topics• Contribute to department and team projects
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred• Basic knowledge of 401(K) plans and regulations preferred• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Adaptability to process and organizational changes• Ability to have difficult conversations with clients• Meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving• Skills in customer service, organization, and collaboration• Ability to work overtime with limited PTO• Ability to work autonomously in a remote work environment• Ability to create an inclusive workplace• Must pass a background check• Must meet work from home requirements
