Account Manager - Vehicle Investor Program
Location: Denver, CO
Compensation: $65,000 annual salary
The Account Manager will work directly with our executive team to direct the flow of company information to our investors . The Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact post-sale and throughout the entirety of the investor's relationship with the company. This position will regularly interact with investors via phone and email and provide exceptional customer service and ensure they are well informed and act as their advocate to help resolve issues
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for the investor post-sale and act as the liaison between the investor and internal support teams.
Set clear expectations that support the company's policies and procedures.
Provide the investor with regular updates and answer any questions or concerns in a timely manner.
Provide feedback from the investors to the senior leadership team
Develop and nurture the relationship between the investor and the company by providing exceptional customer service. This may mean responding after normal business hours such as evenings and weekends. This also means listening with empathy to any concerns or issues and assisting to get those problems resolved.

Requirements 2+ years of experience in a related field
Ability to problem solve and understand how to be an advocate for the investor while also representing the company's position.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in communicating with our investors and senior-level executives.
A master at building relationships with a high level business acumen
Proven and effective collaborator to ensure alignment across multiple teams
Highly organized with strategic and analytical skills
