Full Job Description Below:  Landscape Maintenance Account Managers are assigned a client portfolio and work closely with our clients to ensure their property needs are met.
DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES Will manage a portfolio of 50-60 high-end landscape maintenance clients/properties Establish and maintain professional customer relationships to increase client retention Maintain quality control on all assigned properties and projects and ensure employees are trained on best horticultural practices when performing maintenance Bid maintenance and enhancements as well as up-selling all other company services Responsible for meeting designated sales goals Continually increase the efficiency of the department by communicating routes and schedules with the Director of Maintenance and Field Supervisors Must maintain software and programs in place to succeed at the job and manage Field Supervisors and Crews including managing assigned employee timesheets   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS + ABILITIES Team-oriented and able to offer support on special projects where needed Knowledge of landscape plants, turf, trees, and materials and irrigation Able to communicate effectively and professionally, both in-person, over the phone, and via email Ability to build and maintain cooperative working relationships with other departments and clients Must be client-focused and be able to handle a high volume of client requests PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS + WORK ENVIRONMENT Involves light to moderate work in most types of weather Includes frequent standing, walking, sitting, and active movement throughout the day This is an autonomous position that requires self-sufficiency and self-motivation Must be confident and able to direct an assigned team of employees and determine the best solutions to each client's requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of experience in high-end residential landscape maintenance Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record Able to effectively communicate in Spanish
