What should you expect from this exciting career option:
An account manager is truly a partner, consultant and a problem solver for their customer. Your understanding of broad business processes (through MBA) and your depth of technical understanding (through your past technical experience) makes you a perfect candidate to understand customer business processes, identify their problem areas and help solve those problems using YASH Technologies service offerings.

You will start as an associate with an established account team to get hands-on experience in Account Management, Customer Success and YASH Technologies service offerings
Help in identifying customer business initiatives and associated IT programs to drive overall account strategy and execute account plan under the guidance of senior account manager / client partner
Actively plug in the technical delivery to understand and coordinate project / program activities
Help run specific account based marketing campaigns in an account
Help build up relationship with alliance partners such as Microsoft, SAP, AWS, SFDC etc. in the account
Manage P/L within a business division in a large customer organization as an Account Manager
Develop and execute division level account plan / business plan along with the larger account team
Drive investment decisions, overall positioning and growth strategies

What are we looking for:
Minimum 2 Years Pre-MBA experience preferably in technology field
Excellent communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate difficult concepts
High level /conceptual understanding of broad enterprise technologies is preferable
Conceptual understanding of broad business processes such as supply chain, HR, finance, manufacturing etc. and general current industry understanding and trends
Self-starter who can learn on the job with minimal oversight
Strong analytical, problem-solving, innovative-thinking and consultative mindset that leverages structured, logical thinking
