Ferrellgas is looking for an Account Manager to join our team!The Account Manager is responsible for driving new profitable business and building customer loyalty.The position requires knowledge of the organization's policies, products, and services.

Responsibilities
• Develop a plan for territory growth across all Ferrellgas business segments.• Collaborate with local SC/SU's, specifically GM's, to support operational efficiencies.• Identify prospective customers and qualify sales opportunities.• Build and maintain key customer relationships.• Make value-based sales presentations to prospective customers.• Monitor new customer installation process.• Ensure customer satisfaction and safety.• Drive growth in all business segments, including retail, Autogas, and Blue Rhino.• Build and maintain a pipeline of new prospects and closed business.• Develop marketing plans and strategies for growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred but not required.• 3+ years of proven sales success meeting and exceeding quotas.• 1-2 years of sales experience in related business.• Good customer service skills.• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.• Ability to pass background check and have clean driving record.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and SFA software.• Self-starter and team-focused.• Proven sales background of achieving goals preferred.• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.• Applicants must not require sponsorship for an employment visa.
