We're seeking an experienced Account Manager at Fikes, focusing on client relationship nurturing and account success. The role entails strategic account management, effective communication, and contributing to business growth. You'll receive regular inbound leads, networking opportunities, and be proactive in seeking client referrals. The ideal candidate excels in building quick rapport, has a high drive to meet growth quotas, and possesses excellent communication skills for client trust and internal collaboration. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
-Ensuring daily revenue by tracking the regular delivery of committed products and services to clients, promptly addressing any disruptions, and monitoring account health.
-Accurately input and update customer information, accounts and growth activities data into our database.
-Strategically manage and grow assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
-Ensure the accuracy and integrity of account information, updating records and resolving discrepancies.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve account-related issues.
-Generate reports and summaries based on account data, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
-Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.
-Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email.
-Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance account management efficiency.
-Answer phone calls and emails from customers and colleagues as needed and action accordingly. Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
-Proven experience in account management or similar client-facing roles.
-Proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and database systems.
-Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
-Experience with CRM programs such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred, but not required.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and departments.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Successfully manages time and works off checklists.
-Solution seeks, does not problem enhance.
-Fails forward and responds with a course of correction.
-Cool under pressure exercising patience and strategy versus emotion.
-Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products or related industries is advantageous. Compensation and Benefits:
-Competitive Hourly Pay: $26-28/hour, can be revised depending on level of experience
