Location: Remote-New Jersey Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our growing accounting team, reporting to the Controller. This position will play a key role in our month end closing process, reconciliations and support audit requirements. Location: Remote - US Accounting Manger's Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing General Accounting operations including Accounts payables, Accounts Receivable, Accrual accounting. Manage the month end closing processes including preparing Journal entries, cost accrual entries and supporting reconciliations. Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts. Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis Assisting with gathering details for annual audit preparations and creating schedules for income tax filing. Handle payroll related entries in the books and process reimbursements on a bimonthly basis Review Interco transactions and Foreign exchange revaluation entries Performing other accounting duties and supporting the team as required Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. 7+ years of accounting experience. Experience with ERP systems like Salesforce/Financial Force is a plus. Working knowledge of US GAAP. Strong financial analysis skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
