Sector: Belgium North (West-Vlaanderen, Oost-Vlaanderen, Antwerpen, Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant) Job Purpose
Within Straumann's sales team, digital products are important tools to offer our customers a complete sales service. Our digital solutions can be found, among others, in hospitals, dental practices, private clinics and dental laboratories. In the Lab Account Manager position, we focus on supporting Dental Laboratories and Dental Prosthetic Clinics in their daily work as best we can. The Account Manager is in daily contact with the customer in terms of sales, training and installations.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities 
•    You have daily contact with your customers in the responsible area. You visit them to support work from our solutions and developments;
•    You plan your own daily visits according to the account plan, prepare and follow up meetings in our own system and with the customer;
•    You are in daily contact with users to ensure that the products meet the intended objectives, to train, guide and supervise customers.
Requirements needed Education & Skills
•    Master of Science or Bachelor Degree or equivalent in life sciences or commercial degree.
•    Language skills: Dutch, French and English.
Experience
•    You have knowledge, experience and, above all, affinity with the dental sector and digital workflows. Experience in dental technology is an advantage;
•    You quickly understand the business benefits a Laboratory can gain from using Straumann's digital workflow solutions;
•    You are persuasive, work accurately and in a structured manner. You follow up on agreements, communicating them to customers;
•    Travelling is not a problem for you. The position requires daily travel to customers and you plan these trips independently;
•    This position requires a high level of commitment to the customer and the ability to think and work with a solution in mind;.

•    You communicate fluently, have a proactive attitude, are inquisitive and flexible;
