Primary Responsibilities:
Exceed sales quotas while upholding our standards and rules of engagement.
Develop and empower existing partnerships while actively seeking new opportunities.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to maintain a robust pipeline exceeding set quotas.
Effectively communicate our products, solutions, and value proposition to prospects, customers, and partners.
Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts to management.
Ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies and obtain proper documentation from partners and customers.
Collaborate in identifying and onboarding regional partners to drive opportunities.
Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the territory, subject to quarterly updates and reviews.
Cultivate enduring relationships with external contacts and internal departments to enhance the customer experience.
Who You Are:
Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience selling software across various industries.
Demonstrated ability to initiate and nurture key relationships, building a substantial pipeline of new business.
Preferred experience or network within the financial services industry.
A collaborative team player with a hunger for success, adept at navigating large organizations with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple accounts while proactively seeking new opportunities.
Proficient in time management, task prioritization, and assessing situational urgency.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
Adaptability to change, particularly in promoting an evolving product suite.
