About the team Dialpad's Account Executive, Mid-Market will solve tangible client challenges by redefining their definition of what's possible through implementation of Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell. In this role, you'll combine acquiring new customers and uncover market opportunities to get the market talking about Dialpad!
Dialpad's Mid-Market sales team plays an essential role in achieving corporate business objectives.  This team collaborates closely with SDRs, Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, Sales Leadership and their peers to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the full sales process.
Your Role As an Account Executive, Mid-Market you'll own the complete sales process from start to finish. You'll work closely with Sales Leadership and Sales Engineers to take a medium sized business prospect to an active Dialpad client. In addition, you'll help businesses solve complex communications problems felt by everyone around the world.
This position reports to a Mid-Market Regional Vice President. 
What you'll do  Own the entire sales process, including converting leads into workable pipelineBuild strategic outbounding campaigns and sequencing to source your own opportunitiesHave weekly 1:1's with your Manager comprised of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmapSkills you'll bring 3-5 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment  Experience in managing & closing strategic deal cycles that include multiple business units and stakeholdersPreferred expertise in SaaS Sales (including UCaaS and/or CCaaS)Dialpad Benefits and Perks EQUITY, BALANCE, AND BELONGING At Dialpad, we strive to ensure that Dialers are free to bring their full selves to work each day, and champion the intersectionality that exists between gender identity, ethnicity, age, disability status, and the many other aspects of our greater humanity.

For exceptional talent based in California the target base salary range for this position is posted below. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
California Salary Range
$85,000—$125,000 USD
