Mileage reimbursement Job Description Join our team as an Account Executive at Sengistix! Your role involves providing top-notch service and sales for our technology and professional services. You'll be the face of Sengistix, engaging with current and potential customers through sales activities, meetings, and conferences. Collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Plus, you'll receive comprehensive training to excel in your role. Sell our cutting-edge solutions, including remote monitoring systems and assistive technology, by understanding customer needs and crafting tailored solutions. Your goal? Foster trust and build lasting relationships with clients, helping them achieve their goals with Sengistix services.
Overseeing account sales and liaising with industry counterparts on matters of pricing and inventory, all while delivering exceptional customer service and engagement. The Account Manager is tasked with identifying opportunities and cultivating new business relationships with both current and prospective clients. This involves activities such as prospecting, networking, and participating in engagement opportunities and conferences. Develop and execute sales strategies by determine relevant factors such as product competition within Remote monitoring systems and services Assistive and adaptive technology solutions Address customer needs and concerns about products and services by devising innovative and practical solutions, either independently or in collaboration with relevant team members such as the Operational Director and operations team, to deliver optimal resolutions. Assess client requirements, including their goals, product usage, and service needs. Cultivate positive relationships and establish trust in Sengistix services and capabilities. Qualifications MUST HAVE: Four-year Degree in Business Administration, sales, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience and related training Experience and training in utilizing technology, or a demonstrated capacity to swiftly grasp and apply technical knowledge. Availability for travel and access to personal vehicle  Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record  Current auto liability insurance Experience in multiple technology platforms, including internet connectivity and Customer Relationship Management systems such as Salesforce.com (CRM) preferred NICE TO HAVE: Knowledge or experience working with human services providers. Experience or familiarity with serving elderly or disabled individuals is preferred. Additionally, experience with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders is valued. WHAT WE LOOK FOR: Ability to adapt quickly meeting the demands of the business while making an impact. Experience and training in utilizing technology, or a demonstrated capacity to swiftly grasp and apply technical knowledge. Skilled in cultivating strong relationships with essential customers. Demonstrated history of achieving sales growth and profitability. Proficient in negotiations with robust influencing and persuasion abilities.
