Job summary
The Account Executive II is responsible for achieving sales and/or profitability objectives.They meet with clients and prospects, develop proposals, manage contracts, and review deliverables.Account Executives communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their needs, and recommend products or services.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned sales targets.• Deepen existing client relationships—generating incremental business.• Consult with clients on business issues and marketing program design.• Resolve sales or delivery issues.• Work with Strategists and Delivery Teams to execute project specifications.• Deliver strategic sales presentations.• Manage contracts and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.• Participate in prospecting activities: lead generation, qualifying prospects, discovery, and demonstrating solutions.• Manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.• 5-8 years of experience in a quota carrying sales role.• Experience with multi-channel marketing disciplines.• Recent sales experience within a financial services vendor company preferred.• 1-3 years of experience required in Marketing, Media, Advertising.• Excellent written and oral communication skills.• Ability to interpret marketplace needs and translate them into products/services.• Adapt easily to change.• Display Emotional and Cognitive Intelligence.• Highly developed client solution selling and targeting skills.• Strong skills in problem resolution, presentation delivery, and negotiation.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
