ABOUT Re:CarRe:Car is looking for an upbeat, organized, and experienced Lead of Accessory Partner Programs to join our growing team. Re:Car is exploring opportunities in the electric vehicle space.Who we are looking for:We are looking for a leader to accelerate our path to personalization. Reporting directly to the Head of Accessories Product Management, you will focus on executing, capacity, readiness, and growth plans with our key company partners. Your primary responsibility will be developing and driving program plans, including partner resourcing, timing, and budgets. This role requires end-to-end planning and a high degree of indirect leadership. You are not afraid to tackle large, cross-functional issues, taking ownership and driving to completion. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, ranging from the C-Suite to the Intern, with both Re:Car employees and those of our partners.What you get to do:You will use your expertise in program management to drive key efforts in our accessories partnership base. In many cases, you will be helping to drive the growth of businesses to support our ambitious goals. The initial focus is on partners in the wrap and personalization space. You will work cross-functionally across Design, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Brand and Commercial teams. You will be the go-between with Re:Car and our partners on joint programs driving on-scope, on-time, and on-budget implementation. This is a high-visibility role working on high-impact development efforts. If this seems exciting to you, please apply!This is a senior individual contributor position and is expected to evolve with the organization and broader company.What you bring to the Team:Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or equivalent. MS/MBA a Plus.7+ years of experience in hardware operations and project management: preferred experience in automotive/powersports accessories, lifestyle accessories, or supplier development.Proven track record of taking projects from concept to completion, with strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.Comfortable in start-up environments. You can roll up your sleeves to do the work and build or recommend the tools needed to be successful as the company grows.A low ego and strong "one company" teammate with a continuous improvement approach that is equally comfortable with engineering details and business planning.Capability to work cross-functionally with partners, suppliers, and vendors, building strong relationships that produce positive results.An ability to be an effective brand representative and ambassador to the Re:Car community, both presenting the Re:Car vision and collecting input that leads to the development of future accessories.Proven experience leading without direct authority.
